Provocation

Causes damage to the target and increases the enmity. When hit, the target will enter the [Shrinking] state for a certain period of time. If the target is a player target, there is a certain probability of making it fall into the [Provocative] state. [Shrinking]: Hit, attack power, PVE and PVP damage difficulty will be reduced. Stun scale damage will be reduced.
